- Alarm and Surveillance Equipment Monitoring
- Handling Emergency Situations
- Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid and Accident Prevention
- Bullion, Cash and Valuable Escort Procedures
- Hand-over/Take-over Procedures
- Interpersonal Relations and General Public Relations
- Self-defence Unarmed Combat
