Violet is a Vice President of the company and doubles as the Human Resource and Administration Director.
Violet leads the team of Human Resources and Training. Her focus is to work with the operational teams to ensure that as a people-centered business the company is able to keep its employees safe, well-trained and engaged to deliver a high quality service to clients.
With over 10 years of human resources and operational experience, Violet understands the connection between a positive company culture and its impact on the overall success of the business.
Violet holds a Masters Degree in Governance and Leadership from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA); a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (HR Option) Central University College, Dip. Women in Management Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Certificate in Advance Management Skills for Middle Managers, (LMC, UK) Certificate in Office Management, (GIMPA), Certificate in Office Management & Administration, (MDPI), NACVET- Secretarial Option, (Private Secretary, Government Secretarial School). She is also a proud Old Student of Accra High School (Onukpa).
Violet is a Multiple Paul Harris Fellow and a Benefactor of Rotary International and currently the President Elect of the Rotary Club of Accra West.
