POLICY STATEMENT This Charter sets out Kruger Brent’s approach to managing security service delivery to all clients. 
GOAL a) To provide a practical framework for excellent customer service by ensuring that all staff respond in a courteous, consistent, timely and fair manner to all clients’ reasonable enquiries, requests or complaints and give off their best on the jobb) ensure, as far as practicable, that the company’s resources are used efficiently and effectively in the performance of their duties and responsibilities
